Map Editor and its function description

Perfect:
Some day I was sitting in front of my PC, making some scripting stuff in MapEditor. It is kinda waste of time, when you've got function description in a notepad, so I've decided to do this... Every function description is an .rtf file. Why don't we populate that list?
