Redesign of Noxhub portal

Hey there, I'm working on redesigning the noxhub.net portal, and I'd like to have some critique regarding it.

Hey bro.
Aside from the obvious need of redesigning the scrollbar and left vertical frame, and also expanding the main window so it doesn't look tiny at large screens, I think both top and bottom pictures look a bit grudging. I'd also welcome a separate main menu link to the map database (most used and most necessary noxhub feature IMO) and search bar as well.

Well, it has to stay NoX-themed, but I think of redesigning the scrollbar in nox-style.
