Nox Russian IP Server HELP

I need help!  For some reason I can enter the the Nox russian network IP game but then I can't get past observe mode and it doesn't post my chat's so no one can hear me.  Did something change ?  Anyone know who hosts the russian game?  I can see everyone fighting but I also can't switch the observation from myself..

More people have been encountering this issue, including me and girly. Explaination wanted.

If you wanna play nox on russia server, you must register your profile here http://forum.noxworld.ru/servRegister.php. Only login and pass.
Then you should launch Nox, enter the server, press Enter and write, at first, your login and then your pass.
For example, enter - login
                     enter - password. TWO messages.
If you did it right, you can play.
